IKEA Tromso Bed

Here it is! I finally pulled the trigger and bought a bed. Originally I had this plan to buy a queen-sized bed and FINALLY feel like an adult... But here's the thing: I don't have a lot of space. The lofted bed is perfect because I can put a desk under it (maybe even a small couch) and will be able to fit more furniture in my room. It's a double, so it's not a small bed. My only concern is that a lofted bed is very similar to a bunk bed, and folks, bunk beds are not sexy.

Can you imagine? "Yeah, let's go back to my place. We can light some candles, put on some Kenny G, climb up the tiny ladder next to my bed, and see what happens..."

Given the space constraints of this fair city I think this bed, though somewhat childish, is extremely functional. I'll just have to structure an argument that somehow convinces women that you don't have to be in an adult bed to have adult fun.
